What you actually need to buy, and why. GPU and memory sizing against your real workload, concurrency and context requirements — not a vendor's reference architecture. Where existing hardware can carry the load, we say so.

Model selection, evaluation & fine-tuning
Open-weight models are not interchangeable. We evaluate candidates against your documents and your tasks, with licensing reviewed for commercial and government use, and fine-tune where the gain justifies the maintenance burden.

Secure on-premises deployment
Installed inside your boundary, integrated with your identity provider, logged and segmented to match the enclave it lives in. Access control that maps to how your organization already handles controlled data.

Model and dependency updates, capacity as usage grows, and the written artifacts your auditor and your security team will ask for — system description, data flow, control mapping.

Every Stratyrix engagement is custom. There is no package to fit yourself into and no published rate card, because a 40-person machine shop pursuing CMMC Level 2 and a hospital system standing up clinical documentation tooling do not need the same thing.
The first conversation is a scoping conversation: what data is in play, what constraint you're working under, what your team can operate once we're done. Scope and pricing come out of that discussion jointly — and if the honest answer is that you don't need us, that's the answer you'll get.

Nathan Olin
CEO & Founder, Stratyrix LLC
Nathan founded Stratyrix to solve a problem he kept hitting from the inside: organizations that needed AI and couldn't touch any of the tools everyone else was using. He leads every engagement personally — the assessment, the hardware specification, the deployment, and the documentation that has to hold up when someone comes asking.
He brings 25 years of IT leadership to that work, across both enterprise and managed-services environments: building technology roadmaps, defending IT budgets to executive teams, running service delivery for an MSP division, and serving as vCIO to manufacturing clients across the Northeast. His work in aerospace and defense manufacturing keeps him inside CMMC and ITAR as they are actually enforced, rather than as they read on paper.
That is the whole premise of the firm. Most organizations that call Stratyrix don't have an AI problem — they have a data boundary that no cloud vendor can move for them. Nathan has been the executive who had to justify the spend and answer to the auditor, and the practitioner who had to keep the system running afterward. Stratyrix is the firm he wanted to be able to hire.
